A lawsuit against the city of New York was based on the city's failure to maintain the road in a nonslippery and safe condition. The city of New York settled on the eve of trial.

Recovered approximately $5 million for a young woman involved in an automobile accident in Brooklyn. Our client's car was struck by a vehicle that ran a red light. The offending vehicle had a $25,000 limited policy of insurance.
